- Employment History (for the past 3 years).
- Documentation to support your income (T4s, Tax Returns etc.).
- A complete list of ALL assets & supporting documents.
- A complete list of ALL liabilities.
- Specifics of your current mortgage (if Refinancing).
- Documentation to support any unique situation.
